At Win2Key, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we sell digital products (software license keys), our refund policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- Invalid or non-working key — If the license key you received does not work and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Product not delivered — If you did not receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase.
- Wrong product — If you received a different product than what you ordered.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The license key has already been activated or used.
- You changed your mind after purchase (since digital products cannot be “returned”).
- The product does not work due to your system not meeting the minimum requirements specified in the product description.
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The product was purchased in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Process

- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a replacement key instead of a refund. If the replacement key resolves the issue, the refund request will be considered closed.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
